Absolutely terrible moving company. Unprofessional movers, they take forever. Think they call who they can to help on the day of the move so it is no wonder the guys didn't know the procedures to follow for a broken lamp. My issue is a broken lamp - Since Jan. 23rd, they have returned only one call (to date) - really think they even blocked my cell phone number at one point. When I accused them they denied of course but then my calls weren't going straight to voicemail anymore - very odd. Guys started smoking soon after the move and apparently one of them denies breaking any lamp and the other said that I said, "not to worry about it." I've called and called and called and they just don't answer, even left message. The lady up front and I have had a shouting match. She has been telling me since the 23rd that a manager will call me but no one has ever called. They did say they called my work phone but those calls are routed to me and I never got a call, nor a message. Who doesn't leave a message for a broken lamp from a "professional moving company"? Short of showing up at their warehouse, I've exhausted my options to get a refund for the broken lamp. It's absolutely disgusting. Way more to the story but I don't want to give them any more of my time. AVOID THEM!

Professional movers 4less moved us then they loaded a 24' rental truck for us going to my mother in law's house. All of their movers were courteous and professional. The movers who unloaded the truck on the other end commented on how well the truck was packed. We highly recommend them very professional and cheap moving rates best movers in san antonio.
