      I disagree strongly with the previous guest. I have only experienced great service here. They let me try every saxophone on the wall in their side rooms with no hesitation. I needed a specific ligature and they ordered it no problem. I needed a receipt for my purchase after 4 years, and they were able to pull it up on their system and email me a copy within minutes. Its one of the only places now where you can buy and repair band instruments in the area. Sam Ash is legit

      Worst customer service imaginable, untrained workers, crappy selection and dirty store. Will never shop here again!

      ok for basic stuff

      sam ash is ok for basic stuff, but they don't have lots of selection. I have a local band and I gotta rock on a budget. so i need the most for my money.
