I went there 6 days ago and had the best experience.

I've always been so terrified of dentist and the staff made me feel so comfortable.

The atmosphere was relaxing, the staff was inviting and I felt at ease. Thank you for helping me through this transition.

I have nothing but praise for Dr. Sourialle and Dr. Sanchez, they are both very friendly and really know dentistry. All the staff IMHO are very friendly, courteous and will go out of their way to assist you. Highly recommended. Parking is a little iffy, but being the office is in the Saint Bernadine's Hospital building that is a given and there is parking at the east end in the parking structure, bit of a walk but hey we can all use a little exercise.

staff is rude and the dentist pressured me into taking unwanted x rays when i had already brought in previous x rays which used up 60$ of my insurance money. i got my teeth pulled after trying to cancel, but found out theres a 100$ cancellation fee so i was very upset about that. they didn't even call to schedule the follow-up appt that they said was going to happen and i was too upset to even want to call them back. yeah, definitely don't recommend this place.

I recently went to this office in spite of the reviews I read on this page. A friend of mine has been a patient at this practice for years and she loves the dentist and staff. She had a horrible experience with a previous dentist many years ago. I recently had a bad experience with my old dentist, so she told me to go see her dentist. I explained to her that I read these awful reviews about this practice, and I was kind of afraid to go. She read the reviews and said something clever. Every office will have happy patients and patients that swear never to return. Not to relay on only these reviews and these reviews are on personal problems anyways not on the dental work. The dentists at this office are great, and they take pride in their work. I am so happy that I took my friends advice and made an appointment. I am so happy with my dental work and the staff is great as well. I am so glad I did not listen to these negative reviews.

The staff was rude, uninformative, did not seem to care too much about walking me through the process of operating on my mouth. I ended up paying almost 100$ more than I was originally told. Do not go here.

I went for my first visit there, the manager, very RUDE, the dentist very hard to understand and there prices are very high!!! there are many other dentist offices, I would not pick this one!!!
