I needed some work done on my spoiler. Initially, I was aghast at what they quoted. I actually needed a new bumper in addition to the spoiler ~$2200. I didn't think I needed a new bumper but unfortunately I had another place tell me the same thing and they quoted me the same price! So I took it back to Chevy and the fixed it perfectly. I hate dealer prices but you also get a piece of mind so I'll continue to take my car to the dealer as long as possible :)

He made some suggestions, and recommended to me the best way to make them work, and even offered some advice as how I could make better decisions in the future. I had been trying to trade in my vehicle for months, and Courtesy Chevrolet was able to give me a great price for my trade-in and find a vehicle that fit exactly what I was looking for. This was my first visit to Courtesy Chevy since I have been a long time customer to Jimmie Johnson Chevy. I was sick of the 4 hour long wait at JJ Chevy for something as simple as an oil change, so I figured it was definitely time to give someone else a shot. When I pulled in I was a bit nervous of the same (lack of) customer service, but that was quickly disproved as Larry spoke up. He quickly went through the paperwork and told me it would be about an hour. An hour and one minute later I was cashing out. Great job to the service team! As long as this great service keeps up, you have a customer for life.

Great experience as always. I was greeted promptly, had all my needs met and questions answered. The customer lounge was comfortable. I was, however, a little disappointed with the complimentary "car wash". There were many large areas they missed giving the truck a half-clean-half-dirty look. Not going to complain too loudly, after all, it was complimentary
