- Business TransactionsPrior to joining Goldman, Magdalin & Krikes, Robert worked with the State Fund of California as the Deputy Chief Counsel in charge of all Workers’ Compensation litigation within the Orange County region. Robert also oversaw State Fund’s Appellate and Complex Legal Units. Robert has extensive experience in the area of litigation, personnel management, policy making, and claims operations within the Workers’ Compensation insurance arena. Prior to practicing Workers’ Compensation, he worked with businesses and corporations with an emphasis on international business transactions, contract negotiations/management, and dispute resolutions.
- Workers CompensationJo Anne Morales received her juris doctor from San Joaquin College of Law in 2000. Ms. Morales began her career in Workers' Compensation defense in January of 2004. After joining Goldman, Magdalin & Krikes in 2007, Ms. Morales gained valuable experience in all aspects of Workers' Compensation defense. In 2008, Ms. Morales established the Fresno office of Goldman, Magdalin & Krikes. She became a shareholder in February of 2014.

- Estate PlanningDaniel Wagner received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Westmont College in 1987 and Juris Doctor from Santa Barbara College of Law in 2000. Since 2000, he has practiced as both defense and applicant counsel in workers’ compensation matters and has also been active in social security law and estate planning. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Wagner was a public relations professional in the high tech arena.
