      I don't really know why, but these guys always acted like they didn't want to work on my bike. I brought my bike in to get new tires installed, and they scratched the hell out of my rear rim, and then denied doing it. I'm not happy about the rim, and the least they could have done is offer me an apology, but to deny doing it? Totally unacceptable.
