Kindful Body brings together therapists and dietitians who are passionate and expertly trained in helping our clients transform their relationship with food, their bodies and themselves. Our personalized care and collaborative team approach utilizes the latest evidence based treatment, including Internal Family Systems therapy, to help our clients to heal parts of themselves that keep them stuck, so they can make the changes they desire to live with more ease, balance and authenticity. Our specialties include eating disorder treatment, nutritional counseling, binge eating and emotional eating recovery, body image therapy, eating disorder support for college students in California, therapy for trauma, PTSD, anxiety and low self-esteem and support groups. We serve adults and adolescents (14 years and older) of all body sizes, genders, sexual orientation, abilities, ethnicities, races, and religions. Our team is ready to help you on your journey to having a more harmonious relationship with food, your body and yourself.
