It would not cause immediate health problem, but it was not good for long term. The salary is not high enough to hire qualified teachers. Teacher got 48% turoring fee paid by parent and principal got 52%. She still required teachers buying gift for students. She also sold stuff to teachers in order to make money. I did not have probelm with students or parents. However, when student did not come and notified her, she did not notify me. I finally quite.
