I wouldn't even give the company that if I could. Please read all of their procedures and policies on how the handle stuff esp. refunds. I bought something that didn't fit but I ended up in the hospital with some health issues. I had a small bowel blockage. So when I went to return the item the seller was fine with the refund. A few days later I get billed $56.91 for an item that only cost 73.14 wow!!! That's a joke. Then when I get in touch with ebay they say the seller has to refund the fee even though ebay billed it and seller won't which I don't blame them. Then ebay tries to lie and say that fee comes from post office and they will have to refund it. I said no it didn't it says ebay right on my paypal account. So don't use ebay or make sure you understand their policies!!!

I have been a user of eBay for more than ten years. That being said I DO NOT understand why it seems to be almost impossible to contact a live customer support representative. The web page states that the user will be supplied a phone number and a one time code number. LOT"S A LUCK on that ever happening. All I've ever gotten is an electronic run around. If the per-packaged answers would work I wouldn't need a live body.

worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!! you should at least teach your 3rd world operators to read and write at a 3rd grade level!!! waited hours trying to get a rep. not only were they not able to answer my question, they wasted hours of my time. after about 1 hour they finally gave me a phone # (which i asked for a least 3 times). called phone # and had to wait about 45 minutes to get a human who hung up in about 3 minutes. incompetance every step of the way!!!!!!!!!! ebay can kiss my a_ _!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ebay keeps your money even when it's their mistake

In November 2008 I was supposed to have a credit of $125.00 applied to my account for a boat that the buyer never paid for. When I received my bill for July 2010 it was not there. I called the customer line and even though they found the transaction I was told they could not find the transaction and would not be able to get my money back. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was given the usual excuse that they were all in a conference. When I complained and asked that they get a manager out I was put on hold for 30 minutes and then they hung up on me!

This is the address of a scammer... type the address into google and you'll find many complaints... My amex card was charged in excess of $600 and the charge is now in dispute..

you don't have a star rating for LOUSY, my inactive credit card was wrongfully charged by Paypal for a charge *I* didn't make from this company. you have no right to charge an account without verification! you people better get your act together or else you won't have a company if you keep allowing illegal transactions take place!
