Recently, I used Hong Lan services to send money twice to my family in Vietnam, They received it within 24 hours. I like their services much better than Le Goi Tien Le, and they also allow you to send messages to your family. They not only have better services, and they have better fee rate as well, I paid only 1% instead of 2%. I highly recommend this place to everyone, I wished I found it sooner.

Stay Away from this place! I have used their shipping service to ship stuffs to Vietnam for almost 5 years. Nothing happened until last couple of weeks, I shipped some expensive cosmetics to VN which I paid extra for the insurance in case of loss. When my Mom received the package, one box went missing which cost over $300. We called back and forth to complaint, and finally they admitted it was the shipper who took it, so they fired the guy. Unfortunately, they called and asked me to be fucking sympathized with the person in-charged of my package who has to pay out-of-pocket of his own salary to reimburse me. But the guy only have $150. So now I lost more than $200 for no reason. Big cargo company refused to reimburse 5-years loyalty customer and fucking blame on its employee. There are many other cargo in San Jose, please stay away from this company. I'm so pissed now!
