I received a timely and very reasonable quote online for conventional vs run flat tires. They didn’t have the tires in stock, but were able to get them delivered by the next morning. My appt was 9:30 am on a Saturday and the car was ready by 10:10 am. Richard, the owner, is responsive and gave me the best rate. There’s no upsells or trickery.

My wife called this shop several weeks ago and got a quote. Today I spoke to John - twice! - to confirm the quote. Confirmed the price for Falken Ziex ZE-912 tires: $100 per tire. Confirmed that John got the right size/model number. Tires could be ordered after a deposit was paid. Asked my wife to drive to the shop to pay the deposit. My wife went to the shop and John told her that he incorrectly typed the model number as ZE-911 (!), the price for ZE-912 is $130. This is complete BS, as there is no model ZE-911 - it simply does not exist! Classic bait and switch! Obviously I told my wife to bid John goodbye. Avoid this dishonest place.
