I had been shopping around for a permanent make-up artist for several years, but it wasn't until I saw Jennifer's brochure and then met her that I began to consider it for real.

I had a very pleasant experience with Jennifer. I found her personal style to be attentive, patient and expert. I first went for just eye liner but then added the eyebrowns a few months later. She took a lot of time making sure the look was right and as I'm not as expert in make-up (too busy for my lifestyle...thus the reason for getting it done!) I appreciated her objective view.

I have recommended her to all who have asked and have suggested the trip to San Jose no matter where they live as this kind of thing should be done well as you'll be living with it for a long time.

As a mother of 2 small children, I don’t have much spare time to spend on my make-up in the morning. I just completed my follow-up appointment with Jennifer and am pleased and completely satisfied with the results. I had my eye brows done and upper and lower eye lids lined and what a difference! Through both appointments, Jennifer was very professional, very kind and very eager to provide the exact color and shape I wanted. I had my permanent brows done by Jennifer and I'm so pleased and happy with the results. It's always difficult trying to decide who to select for something as permanent as brows, but after reading many of her wonderful reviews, I called to talk with her. After our conversation I felt very confident with her, and it was nice to know she stays up with the latest techniques (I used the "hair-stroke method" which is a more natural look). She has a beautiful office and the whole procedure is done in a completely clean and "sterile" environment. Jennifer is very professional with a warm & wonderful personality. I'm a very picky person and Jennifer was so patient in listening & trying to understand what I wanted. It takes knowledge of a person's facial features along with what a person's personal taste is to make someone happy with the end results, and Jennifer does just that!



She is a real perfectionist in her work, and definitely makes it her goal to bring about the results that you like.



Never having done this before, it was difficult to know what I really wanted, so I did bring eye-brow photos from magazines of what I thought would be nice to have. Just because I liked them doesn't mean they would look good on me, so it was important that she draw them on me first.



I've been use to the same old style, so when she added a little of her experience & advise and combined it with my conservative taste - the out-come was a whole new look which was much more flattering for me. I've had so many compliments and can't believe nice eye-brows can make such a big difference in my appearance. Thank you Jennifer for not only a beautiful new look, but my new permanent brows saves me a good 15- minutes each day ... that's over 3 to 4 hrs. a week I can use for relaxation! So nice not to have to reserve a block of time to do my brows, and especially nice that they stay nice even after swimming, in the rain, shower, and to wake up with great looking brows! The money spent was well worth it, and, her fees are very reasonable compared to other places I priced. Because everyone's skin tone is different, Jennifer also offers a free 6wk. follow-up to take care of additional perfections if needed. I think this is wonderful she offers this because until everything is completely healed, depending on your skin-tone, adjustments may be needed (which is very normal).



Many of my friends have asked who did my brows and I've had the pleasure of referring them to Jennifer.

Jennifer is exceptionally professional. She ensures everything is properly sanitized and really cares about her work. She is a pro at getting things perfect. As far as I'm concerned Jennifer is the best.

I’m so glad I overlooked 4485.best unfavorable review and decided to call Jennifer and speak with her myself. Her knowledge impressed me so much, over the phone that I decided to book an appointment with her to have my eyebrows done. I got to her office, just early enough to see her previous client leaving. This particular lady had just had her eye-liner done. She looked stunning! When I met Jennifer, I found her to be very thoughtful and engaging. After anesthetizing my brow area, she took her time drawing on my brows. She’s also a makeup artist, so I really felt like I was in good hands. She constantly had me looking in the mirror, so I could view what she was doing and give her my opinion. Then, going over the shape she had just drawn on, she started my tattoo. I was shocked! I had heard such terrible stories, over the years, about the pain of permanent makeup that I was expecting to be holding back screams of pain; these story-tellers had obviously not gone to Jennifer. Aside from a little prick of my skin here and there, I was very comfortable.Best of all….the results. My brows look FANTASTIC! I had never even been able to get them to look this good with my eyebrow pencil. It looks so natural and the shape and color fit my face to a T. I only wished I had done it sooner.



Next month, I’m seeing Jennifer for my eyeliner. I’m so excited. I can’t imagine trusting anyone else.

What a wonderful experience! I went to see Jennifer for the first time, several months ago, to do my eye-liner. I was a nervous wreck! I think Jennifer could tell how I felt, so she really took her time with me and engaged me in conversation, slowly calming me down. She went through the process verbally with me (even though she had already done so over the phone) helping bring my heart-rate down a bit.





The actual tattooing was nothing like I thought it would be. Yes, I could FEEL it, but no, it was not painful. And, I was so happy once I saw the results. I was swollen for about 24 hours, but not so much that I could not go out in public if I needed to.





I have since seen Jennifer for my brows and lip color. And, as so many of the reviewers have stated before, she is a true artist. She has made my life so easy. The only make-up I put on in the morning is a touch of mascara and I am good to go.

Not a place I would ever return. This person is unprofessional nor could she make up her mind about the best approach for my permanent make up needs. She's definitely full of herself which only led me to believe what she was truly full of. Save your money, there are so many other really talented artists in this area who on their worst day could do better work. Waste of time too.

If your considering permanent makeup, I highly recommend Jennifer to anyone. She is so professional and

extremely nice. She does everything possible to make you feel confortable and she explains everything she's

going to do to you. She actually leaves the anesthesia on for 45 minutes and really takes her time with you. I have had my eyebrows done by 4 other people in the last ten years and there is no comparasion. I can honestly say

there was no pain this time. She is an incredibly talented artist and very good at her profession. If you want

natural looking permanent eyebrows, don't hesitate to give her a call, she is the BEST.

For those who want excellent and very natural looking permanent eyebrows, I would highly recommend Jennifer. Not only is she pretty and friendly but also a perfectionist herself. Her skills and services are excellent and well worth the money!



I had my eyebrows tattooed in some Chinese skin care salon, the price was cheaper but the work was absolutely sloppy and the lady who did my eyebrows was very unprofessional and very intolerable (Amy's Skin Salon in Milpitas). I consider myself a fashion savvy and many have come to me for fashion advice. So I know I would look even better if I have a thick enough eyebrow shape to compliment my big long eyes. However, the Chinese lady refused to do my eyebrows to the thickness I wanted. She told me "not to be too greedy!" (Hello, who is the client here???) I ended up having to go through so much pain; every needle she pinned on me felt like a deep cut. I went home with an ugly looking and barely-there reddish eyebrows on my long face for 5 years. Luckily I didn't have an infection!



For those 5 painful years, I still had to draw my eyebrows every morning. I often wondered why I spent so much money and still had to do the eyebrows every morning myself! I longed for another eyebrow tattoo but dreaded so much because of my past horrifying experience at Amy’s!



But Jennifer changed my life! The second I saw her, I knew Jennifer would be the one to give me an excellent eyebrow tattoo. She sat patiently with me to understand what I really like and she first drew with eyebrow pencil the shapes and color that I wanted. Then she would apply enough tropical anesthesia to numb the areas. From someone like me who is pain intolerant, I can guarantee you that Jennifer’s tattoos are pain-FREE!!! You can feel sensations here and there but you don’t feel the pain! But that isn’t the best part; the best part is Jennifer’s tattoo skill. She made my eyebrows so natural looking and actually enhanced the beauty of my face. Worth mentioning is that Jennifer really took the time and put all her effort in making every eyebrow beautiful. Everywhere I go now, people complimented me and they have no idea my eyebrows are tattooed on! And the bonus really is that I now save so much time in the morning from not needing to do my eyebrows anymore, and I don’t wake up looking scary, hahaha.



A couple of my coworkers wanted to have their eyebrows done too but due to their financial situations, it was a bit difficult to go to Jennifer for the service at the moment. I advised them to save up and really have Jennifer do the eyebrows for them. One of them didn’t take my advice and went to a Korean salon for eyebrow tattoos. Oh boy, I can tell you: Not worth the cheaper price she paid! So for those who are debating whether to have Jennifer do the tattoos because of price, please take my word for it: Her skills and her professionalism worth your every penny!
