- Premises LiabilityMs. Huettel was admitted to the California bar in 1991. Ms. Huettel attended Villanova University in Pennsylvania, receiving a B.A. with a Business Minor in 1988. Ms. Huettel graduated from Santa Clara University with a J.D. in 1991. Ms. Huettel has over 25 years experience in insurance defense litigation including personal injury, automobile, product liability, construction defect, dog bite, premises liability, property damage landlord/tenant and subrogation. Ms. Huettel worked for several well respected firms in the Bay Area before joining Williams, Pinelli & Cullen, LLP. Ms. Huettel is a member of the State Bar of California.
- Construction LitigationMr. Wilbur was admitted to the California bar in 1979 and Bar of the United States Supreme Court in 1984. Mr. Wilbur attended Middlebury College receiving an A.B. Cum Laude in 1974. Mr. Wilbur graduated from Northeastern University School of Law in 1979. He was a faculty member with University of Phoenix in 2001. He has had approximately ten jury trials with over 35 years experience in insurance defense litigation including automobile, product liability, construction defect, premises liability, property damage, trucking employment law, personal injury and commercial loss. Mr. Wilbur has acted as a court appointed arbitrator in San Francisco, Alameda and Marin Counties. Mr. Wilbur was formerly house counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance. Mr. Wilbur is a member of the State Bar of California.
- Landlord-Tenant DisputesMr. Pinelli was admitted to the California bar in 1983. He attended University of California at Berkeley and received an A.B. in 1980. He graduated from University of Santa Clara, J.D in 1983. He attended Pepperdine University’s Strauss Institute and a three day course on mediation, receiving a Mediation Certificate. During his time at University of Santa Clara, he was a Member of the Honors Moot Court Board from 1982- 1983 and the Order of the Barristers. Mr. Pinelli has also been a guest lecturer at University of Santa Clara Trial Practice class on Opening and Closing statements, and Summary Judgment Motions. He also given seminars on a wide variety of legal topics including use of jury instructions, indemnity, jury selection and composition in various Bay Area Counties and peculiar risk of harm (Privette vs. Superior Court). He has had approximately 60 jury trials involving automobile accidents, personal injury, construction defect, dog bite, premises liability, construction accident, malpractice, third party liability, contract, defamation, trade secret, fraud, product liability, brain injury, wrongful death, PTSD, Homeowners Association liability, and landlord tenant. Mr. Pinelli is a member of the State Bar of California and the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) (a peer selected group of experienced trial lawyers with significant trial experience). Mr. Pinelli is also a Mediator. His office is in Santa Clara County with easy access to nearby Counties of San Mateo, Santa Cruz, Alameda, San Benito, Monterey, San Francisco, Contra Costa, Sonoma, Napa, Solano, San Joaquin and Stanislaus.
