Absolutely do not buy anything, used or new if there is any doubt you will return it because its a 20% return policy(they don't like returns period and will let you know!) After I bought my used qingqi I took it to them to go over for just under $100, when I got it back I had the same starting problems and when I checked the spark plug was badly worn, I thought it should have been replaced.
