The first time I was there I was invited to attend an upcoming limited class taught by a national sewing/machine embroidery instructor which turned out to be a great class and I met some wonderful sewing women.
Another time when needing a sewing supply I was caught by slow traffic and called to say I would arrive after they closed, the manager assured me that she would still be there and to drive safe.
They are very helpful and carry the essentials in sewing and quilting, though not much in fabric. They sell the best machines.
