Only take your dry cleaning here if you have LOTS of money and don't care what it might cost! They do a fine job, but refuse to tell you what it will cost until you go to pick up your cleaning and they consistently OVERCHARGE you for their services! They will NOT negotiate, nor will they honor their price list; instead every item you bring in is an "exception" costing three times what you thought it would or should,referring to their price list. Exceptions range from having a lining to a very general "fabric" which they can (and DO) use on virtually every item! Plus, their prices are excessive to begin with. There are lots of dry cleaners in town--GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Ablitt's Fine Cleaners are absolutely amazing! When they first picked up our blankets from @SurfAir, to be laundered, Paul greeted me in person with a huge smile, happy to help immediately. The blankets were brought back in a prompt time frame with pretty white bows tied around them, making them beautifully presentable to our member's here, at SurfAir. 5 Starts! Ablitt's is great! I've been using Ablitt's for many, many years, and they have not once failed me. They always have my dry cleaning ready on time. They will pick up and deliver pretty much anywhere in the Santa Barbara area. They're always smiling and courteous. Most importantly, my cloths always come back looking new!

I have not had good luck with other dry cleaners around town. One even ruined my clothes twice. Another returned my clothes not completely clean. Then I switched to Ablitt's. Have never had a problem. Always do a beautiful job. And very friendly and efficient staff. The only place I'll go!

We are loyal customers of Ablitt's because of their impeccable customer service, and the convenience of those services that they provide. They take such care in their service of the items we take to them. We also have used them for their preservation services for a wedding gown and our children's baptismal outfits. We know that those special heirloom garments are in prime condition and will stay that way for years to come.
