      I grew up in San Diego and my mom being Danish and Norwegian was always looking for Scandinavian cultural things to show me and my sisters , One of the things I loved the most as a kid was going to Anderson's pea Soup Restaurant and Bakery, and then if we were good and quiet and well behaved when eating, Mom and Dad would surprise us and take us to Solvang and sometimes we would spend the night there and stay all week end , Its something I miss ,being stuck here in Florida , there is very little Scandinavian culture out side of our local Lutheran Church that is 80% Scandinavian
