Dr. Bienstock took out all 4 of my wisdom teeth, and I'm completely satisfied with how the surgery went. He's professional, warm, friendly, and happy to answer all of my questions. The other doctor who took care of me while I was under (I wish I could remember her name) was also very nice.

Dr. Bienstock was not very nice to me. he told me a tooth extraction was going to be easy and is was actually the worst 45 minutes of my life. he jabbed a needle into my palate without warning me- it made my eyes tear uncontrolably for 5 minutes. he yelled at his assistant when he was having trouble with the extraction. he also was trying to push me into getting a dental implant to replace the tooth. he would not take no for an answer, i felt like i was at a used car sales place. he is not very professional, and i would not recomend him to anyone.
