Her goal is to help you understand yourself and maximize your full potential. Carolyn practices traditional psychotherapy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Emotional Freedom Training (EFT "tapping"), Mindfulness Based Approaches, Motivational Interviewing and many others.
