We have a roof that was installed in 2010 with a ten year warranty. A HUGE gaping hole was found on the roof 6 years into the warranty. I contacted Excel many many many times. They promised me they would come out. When they did, all the did was take material that they had left on the roof six years ago and didn't address the roof at all. They are the absolutely worst. How can they maintain a contractor's license?

No luck getting repair under this warranty, so far. No commitments to return and fix a bubble in foam roof. Been waiting months.

Excel roofing is extremely difficult to get warranty work accomplished. Always takes multiple phone calls and months of waiting before they show up to do the work - This is 3rd time for us and enough is enough. Their current BBB rating is an F!!! Very disappointed in this company

these people just do not have good professionalism - it takes multiple phone calls and months to get and warranty work accomplished - we have have three leaks since they installed our roof and it is a real pain to get them out hear to take care of it - three months and waiting this time

I am the same person that complained that I had a leak and they had not come to fix it. Martin showed up on a Saturday morning and took care of things. Thank you!

I paid Martin at Excel $1200 in September to patch by roof.He said it would last a couple of years and to let him know if there were any problems. We had not had much moisture until now but it rained here on Monday and was pouring into my kitchen and also a smaller leak in myfamily room plaster. Also the garage is leaking.I have called for 5 days with no response. No return phone calls from Martin or the office.

THIS COMPANY IS GREAT,DOES A GREAT JOB AND IS VERY RELIABLE.
