I put a deposit down on a car and it was SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE THE NEXT DAY. After multiple tries to right the situation, this business proved itself to be untrustworthy and incompetent. Bad bad bad business practices and an unbelievable waste of time and energy. BEWARE!

Purchased a really nice vehicle at this place after hesitating over a couple of different models. There is no hard sell here, which is refreshing--it's basically up to the buyer to pursue the vehicle if they want it. I ended up getting two cars inspected by outside sources (the dealership), and settling on one that I went forward with. This place was voted #1 by the Santa Fe Reporter in 2015, and it can get very busy (to the point where it is hard getting Tim, the owner's attention, when there is a lot going on). It's also worth noting that there is a large turnover here, with a wide variety of vehicles showing up all the time. It's worth checking frequently, or even asking Tim if he can pull in a particular model. All in all, a great place to check out when in the market for a used car...

This is a fun neighborhood place where you don't get a hard sell. I ended up purchasing a Lexus RX 300, but could have opted for a number of cool vehicles--there is a big turnover here, with lots of different types of cars available. I also traded in my vehicle, (an Audi TT sports car), which Tim, the owner, gave me a very fair price on. Prior to committing, I appreciated that Tim allowed me to take the car I was purchasing in to the Lexus dealership to get it inspected. A bonus of this place is the funky front office, where Tim's wife Joy exhibits her uber-cool paintings of vintage cars. An all around 'Different' experience from the traditional car dealership!

Bought a great Toyota Tundra here. Appreciated not being "sold" a car, but just allowed to take the truck I was interested in, to my own mechanic for inspection. The owner was pleasant and no pressure. I'd buy here again.

I just bought my second Subaru from Great Little Cars, and again, I'm very happy with my new car.The experience and kindness that I received from Tim, the owner, is another reason why I prefer to buy my cars with here.

Worked with Tim to purchase a new Subaru Forester. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. Overall the process was painless. I would certainly purchase from Great Little Cars again.

Not professional or trustworthy. Had a deal to buy a car, had to fix some things before completing the deal, then they sold the car out from under us to someone else while not returning calls and leaving us in the dark. This is why used car dealers get a bad rep. Should have known better after we caught the salesman telling lies - told us it was a 1 owner car, the carfax said it had 2 owners. Said they knew the previous owner but later found out the car was originally for sale in Rio Rancho and had been transferred up to Santa Fe a month later, said the car had no issues, but after having our own mechanic look at it, discovered the A/C didn't work. Kind of glad we didn't end up with this car, who knows what other problems we would have had to deal with.

A very satisfying experience. Delivered everything promised and then some. Very relaxed atmosphere; no pressure.
