      The owner was unknowledgeable

      I felt this owner was unknowledgeable i researched with the nurses board and the owner is not a registered nurse. She only has nurses working for her.She must have been frustrated or angry that day.

      The owner is not a licensed nurse

      The owner is not a licensed nurse, she just hiresnurses to care for her customers.Home Care is nothing like Professional Nursing Care.There are certain TRAINING PROGRAMS they cannotqualify for through the nurses board.There are plenty of qualified nursing services.
