The price is right, they dont charge you 100.00 just for walking in the door. So far, my cats and dogs have received excellent care here. The girls in the office are also very nice and helpful.

Hey, all you furbie parents, I have been taking my babies to this clinic for years now, my dogs have had some serious even life treating conditions. Not one of the veterinarians has ever misdiagnosed any of my three dogs, they have always treated us and more importantly our dogs and cats with great care, kindness and love these people have.

Best vet and support staff I've ever delt with in my life. Remember.. There are always 2 sides too every story. And unfortunately yelp puts most of the worst, rediculous reviews from rediculous people who just like to bitch about every little thing to get stuff done FOR FREE!! so when reading anything less than a 4 star review, really think abt what the nut job is actually saying. It's usually way premature, their pets DO GET BETTER yet they won't ever admit to that. Best vet hospital in thebay areaby far.

I would recommend the Affordable Animal Emergency Clinic to all of my family, friends, neighbors or anyone who will listen. I did not have an appointment, but I took a chance that my dog could be seen. I only had a short wait before he was seen. The staff and doctor were great. The costs were what I would call a Blessing. The entire staff were so nice and helpful!! I was thinking of asking for a application for employment because it looks like a great place to work!! AFFORDABLE AND OUTSTANDING CARE ANIMAL EMERGENCY CLINIC IS WHAT THE NAME SHOULD BE! I read a few of the bad reviews on this sight after I had been there, and I think they are confusing this clinic with some other clinic. There is no way I could give anything but 5 Stars! I will be back!!!!

I had 15 year old pure breed boxer. Yes ... She was 15. She was treated for all boxer breed problems which they do get and have. She had a tumor removed, in and out and end of life care by this office. They told me she had about a good 3 years more to live after a major surgery she lived 5 more because of the care and compassion this office has for their clients. They don't BS you. Tell it as it is. Sad and or what you don't want to hear they are in this field of medicine for a reason. Thank you for all you have done for me and my family !!!!

I have been always happy to bring my pets here. I can go in with my pets and talk to the vets. I always felt that they listened well and talked and explained about things. I have always felt that I understood my pets care, what was needed etc.
I trust my pets in their hands and I feel good about having my pets in their care.
Also very friendly and clean place. And prices are very reasonable too, it is always good to ask advanced thought if is something bigger so you are aware of the price.
I can recommend them and I have been going there for years and will go again.

I looked this clinic up and called in to see if i can bring my dog in.I first called and asked what was wrong with my dog cause he was sneezing alot and was getting a bloody nose.The staff said most likely he had a fox tail in his nose.They gave me a price quote by phone i was happy to know how much it was going to cost and attended me a couple hours later.Staff was friendly and felt comfortable leaving Rocky. I was keeped in contact by phone of Rockys procedure and advised that they dont always get the foxtails out.Thanks for Rockys discomfort. :)

Dr. Terrell is one of the nicest Vets you can find. When he is out on trips etc, he finds some of the most kind and compassionate vets to fill his place.

Also I believe its his brother (who is also a vet) from texas has come out to fill in for him before - He did a surgery on my dogs ear - and it came out amazing.

The rates for this clinic are affordable (yes really) and as much as I hate having to shell out money for a vet bill - I am always pleased with the care and the comfort they offer my pets.

Brought my senior dog in for a dental which also required several teeth extractions. Surgery went well and follow up care was great!! Clinic has invested in a new tooth polisher since his last dental and teeth still look great several months post dental. Lacy the tech rocks!! Would bring my dog back for vaccinations and another dental. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely love this vet. The inexpensive prices are wonderful, but it definitely doesn't mean the care is any less. Weekend availability is perfect!

Great customer service !! Staff is very polite and cares about your animal. I brought my doggy without the appointment but everyone was very helpful.
Doctor informed me about the medicine he is giving to my puppy and future reaction.
You can tell that people who work there really love animals and their job.

The most amazing staff (Shiloh) and Dr. Steve Wood. My poor kitty Gremlin came home with an Right eye they looked absent, head was swollen, brownand leaking fluid from the eye. I called and Shiloh made sure he got care and the medicine/including sedation even though funds were not bountiful on my end they worked with me to save my kitty. He is alive and has 2 eyes still. This cat has been my best friend and was a gift from someone dear to me. Thank you soon very much.
