Have used Chases for 12 years and am quite satisfied with their service. Mostly we have had to replace a pool pump motor, but we also had to have a pool pump timer fixed and leaking pipes replaced. What I most like about them is that they are usually able to come to our aid faster then other services.

I have not used this service for our pool, but I have a great concern about the character of the employees. This week, the first week of school, on multiple occasions, we have watched the driver of a large truck with Chase’s Pool Services all over it - fly down our residential streets. There is an old woman who walks her dogs daily on the street (since there are no sidewalks) and the truck flies past her scaring the dogs.

I noticed this is not the first time a review like this has been posted about the company. I wonder why it is permitted.

We are a growing community that needs to look out for each other and if this company condones this behavior, our neighbors should know.

"Inherited" this pool service and kept it for several months until the pool became so awful and non-usable that I had to hire someone to clean it up. It was a miracle! After their first visit and within 2 days, the pool was crystal clear. How do you explain this? Maybe Chase wasn't using any chemicals and just going through the motions of "servicing the pool".

Absolutely disgusting individuals working for this company. Some drunk looking lady blows through stop signs and speeds recklessly through our residential neighborhood week after week. I am sure there are companies out there that have employees that respect their surroundings and people they serve.

Knowlegable people with a friendly attitude. Always know how to fix my pool and making it look great.

I have a rental house the owner pays for the pool service, after two weeks of no service the pool started to turn green. We called over and over to get it taken care of. While out of town I asked my Mom to make sure they came to clean the pool. They were not honest about what happen when they did show up. The pool cleaner showed up screaming that we almost got her fired and never to call the office again, she dumped two bag of shock all in one area and it sat there and bleached that spot on the bottom of the pool. We requested that the owner get another service and they called and told the owner that we were yelling and rude to them. I have never heard of a company complaining about the customer. In today's economy you would think that customer service would be on the top of the list.
