In this day and age it is difficult to run across honest service unless there is a big, fat monetary reward. I found these service men beyond my expectations. Jim does a good job of getting the basics over the phone so Mike and the guys have an understanding of the issues before we arrive. They always see us as soon as we can get there. Lowe's has always been realistic, straight shooters. I appreciate that immensely. They say what they'll do and do what they say. Lowes takes care of both our family vehicles - Mercedes E-320 and Chevy Suburban.

This was my first experience with Lowes Automotive Services. I drove from Ellenton to Sarasota to have a set of Michelin tires purchased from TireRack installed by Lowes because of the high rating Lowes had on TireRack. It was a good decision. The people at Lowes are professional, the service was prompt and there were no hidden extras.
