Never any available parking. Parking is not regulated at all, so people can have 3 cars per unit or more. Not very fair to the tenants with only 1 car like myself. You would expect a newer complex to have enough parking for its units. Office staff is very inattentive and doesn't respond to emails - that's with the staff that was here before when I first moved in and still the case with the new staff. Lots of other issues with the way the community is ran, but overall the apartment itself is nice enough for an okay price.
