I just went to buy a vacuum at the Bee Ridge location. Tested two,picked one out. The sales person told me someone in the back would put it together and test it for me. I noticed when I was putting it in my trunk it was used and beat up. I immediately brought it back in and was told it was beat up because it came from China. Really. I got my money back.

I had to take my vacuum there twice already for a repair and it is still not working! They obviously do not check their work before they rush to collect for the repair. They couldn't find the brush I left with them, the hose attached to my vacuum is not mine. Second time I brought the vacuum in, I was offered to have it serviced. It was serviced the first time I brought it!!! It either was not done and now looks like it needs to be done or you just try to get me to pay more $$$ for something I do not need.

Tops Vacuum has the lowest prices on Miele Vacuums. I shopped around for 2 days looking at Miele vacuum and I stopped at Tops not only did I get a better price I got a free extended warranty. Best of all their no pressure approach was refreshing. Tops has a customer for life Great job guys. I will be back for my new sewing machine soon too.
