Horrible....a young waitstaff is nice, but not when they have NO experience. Being in the service industry for over 20 years it is dissapointing to seen such green servers. I understand that experience comes with time, but these kids should be trained correctly...On more than one occasion at your establishment have I been served out of order....Appetizer before salad!!! A thank you after receiving a genereous tip would be nice also....Not going back!!! You get what you pay for but the service is horrible!!!!

Jimmy's is the best! I've been going to Jimmy's since my first introduction to it in Arlington which was near where I worked in Cambridge at Arthur D. Little (ADL) Consulting. Most of ADL was there for lunch daily, and I was at ADL for 27 yrs and ate a voluminous amount of lunches and dinners at Jimmy's. I live near Jimmy's in Saugus, so every time I'm asked by my family where I want to eat on Saturday night, it's "Jimmy's!" I love the place! The best food, beverage and prices anywhere, not to mention the service!

Your basic Steak and fish restaurant with value and quality. This is one of my favorites, especially when taking the parent out. I've never had a bad meal nor a bad experience here. They sit us right away. The alcohol prices are reasonable. The clam chowder was outstanding as was our entrees. Salad and bread come with the meal. I've been here at least a dozen times over the years.
