The Raybar Company designs and manufactures metals. The company rolls ductile materials including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, bronze and titanium with a hardness of up to 50 Rockwell 'C'. This process eliminates the need for any subsequent heat treatment. Raybar furnishes the complete part from the customer s semi-finished blank parts or the company will provide the rolled thread only. Raybar also has threaded bar stock in Acme, Vee, Metric, Worm or special thread forms from which customers can machine the finished part if required. Raybar s 36,000-square-foot facility is equipped with an indoor receiving area with overhead cranes for easy loading and unloading. It also features fabricating operations, in-stock warehouse, machining centers, precision thread rolling and computerized numerical control turning centers. The company is ISO 9001:2000 and ASQ certified. The Raybar Company is headquartered in Saukville, Wis.
