General Info
F.P.I.S. is licensed and bonded to provide services for; Skip-tracing, missing persons, local criminal/civil background checks, surveillance, infidelity claims, insurance fraud, jury consultation/voir dire, accident reconstruction, libel/slander investigations, nursing home abuse, non-attorney legal aid and assistance in the proper filing and construction of wills, or other legal documents (No legal advice). If your needs require a licensed attorney, F.P.I.S. can refer you to an attorney that is local to your area and experienced in your type of case. We provide services for small business owners, attorneys, and the average middle-class citizen. We are geared toward clients that have small budgets in mind, and the need for accurate information. Understanding that employment and economic status in the United States is less than we expect, we accommodate those who can’t pay outrageous amounts for services. Prices at F.P.I.S. are always negotiable, given that we know people have financial obligations that rank in priority over the services they currently need. PRIVATE INVESTIGATION is simply obtaining the "truth" of any/all matters in a professional and legal manner. F.P.I.S. is privileged to documents and information that pertains to a client's specific needs. These needs may sometimes be overlooked or not "thought of" by the client. Though our investigative abilities as humans kick in when foul-play is suspected, self-investigation can potentially lead to criminal or civil matters that are not necessary and harmful to the client. It is always smart to hire a professional to investigate your inquiries. When hired by F.P.I.S., we ensure to work solely for you in the quickest manner possible. Attorneys are no stranger to the use of public record searches. Paralegals can/will be used to seek these records while being paid hourly. However, F.P.I.S. can cut costs to an attorney by providing the same search for less than what paralegals are paid by the hour, while the paralegal for that attorney still provides in-house service to the attorney. At F.P.I.S, we take confidentiality very serious to each client. We don’t share, communicate, or release any information pertaining to a client or their requests in services. NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH. Unfortunately, the local police can't be everywhere at once, and sometimes your specific concerns in your area can fall to the end of the priority list. Upon request, F.P.I.S. can deploy investigators to provide surveillance in your area at any given time. We are watchful of every single person entering or exiting your location, and keep track of any suspicious activity. WILLS can be considered as our “last words” in reference to proceedings following passing away. F.P.I.S. recognizes the importance of assigning assets after life and is willing and capable of providing this service at a significantly lower price than most law firms, and is still more precise and fulfilled than internet-based systems that generically complete wills. INSURANCE FRAUD is unfortunately common among a society driven by greed. There are too many occasions, in which, insurance companies and small-business owners are damaged by simply one person's frivolous claim in attempts to make financial gain. F.P.I.S. views each claim objectively and determines whether the claims made against the company were factual, or if the claims were simply fabricated. JURY CONSULTATION is a very important aspect to any type of jury-based trial. F.P.I.S. has not only the understanding of the legal world in regards to cases, but also has knowledge and certification in the area of neuro-linguistic programming. FPIS can properly identify body language and/or verbal responses during the voir dire process. Having an unbiased and equally sided jury can benefit the
