These people are awesome. They showed up to fix a broken sewer line on Saturday the 4th of July when no one else would. I couldn't even get other companies to return my phone calls. Thanks Mr. Rooter.
I had been using another company for years but was treated poorly by the office staff. A neighbor recommended Mr. Rooter so I gave them a call. I'm much happier with Mr. Rooter. Not only was I treated like a valued customer by their office, their prices are very competitive, the plumber arrived promptly and did a great job. I particularly like that the plumbers put a mat at the door and wear booties when entering the premises. I am now a loyal customer of Mr. Rooter and highly recommend this company.
The workers at Mr. Rooter of Savannah are so wonderful and know how to get their job done. They bring their own mats and slippers so they don't track dirt in your house. I mean, how often do you see other plumbing companies do something as simple and thoughtful as that? These guys are quick and efficient and the obvious choice for plumbing jobs around the house for sure!
Mr. Rooter is awesome! They are courteous, helpful, and keep your house clean; they even wear slippers when they come into your house and wipe their feet at the door!
I'm truly impressed with these guys. They bring their own door mat!! Customer service is excellent and they have state of the art equipment to find the problem fast.
I highly recommend them to anyone.
