I purchase a washer/dryer set whirlpool from these guess.First it was my washer off hand I mean soon as they brought it should have knew to return to sender.Lol!!!!! But they came an fix it still had problems but not the same problem.7months later the dryer stop getting hot now they say 65$ a hr.plus part fees mine now I haven't had this set a hole yr.I will never recommend nobody to them.Chris the repair guy was cold shoulder an suggest that I play handy man while I am pregnant!!An as I type the washer is on an is knocking against the wall same problem since day 1.Smh

BUYER BEWARE. I bought a refrigerator from them in September 2013 and had to call a repair man to fix it in February 2014. Then I had to buy a whole new refrigerator by April 2014. They had made a repair that would keep it going just long enough to sell it, and of course, conk out after their warranty was up. At that point, they weren't as eager to return my phone calls.

no problem with purchase of washing machine. Had it for about 8 month now and still working good.

these guys were excellent to work with ... needed help in a hurry and they didn't bum rush me into just buying .... took me through the store and told me some cool options ..... I highly recommend
