Found this eye doctor on the VSP website. Called and asked for their next available appt. Pleasantly surprised they were able to fit me in within a few days due to cancellations. Shawn immediately made me feel comfortable and welcome when I arrived. Dr.Hall was just as pleasant and welcoming. She took her time to explain EVERYTHING including many things no eye doctor has took the time to explain. She explained things with words that are understandable and not just medical terms. Clearly explained all charges and did not try to upsell me. Helped me greatly in finding affordable but dependable frames and lenses. Would definitely recommend this eye doctor!!!!
