This company is the best. They was install for me above the ground pool. I live in Clifton Park, NY. I was exactly know what kind of pool I want it. I even not go to the store, I call and speak to the girl, I was need it round 27 by 54 above the ground pool with raisin top and bottom with 60 years limited warranty pool. They have this pool in stock ( picture of the pool I look in their website). Pool with the package cost almost $1,300 less than in A-FRAME store, the same pool ( if you want to read my experience with A-FRAME store go to their review, the worth company ever). I tell the girl in the phone that we have no flat backyard, it's have a lot of slope, she tell me that Dean will be in 30 min in my house. Exactly after 29 min. Dean was here. He inspected my property and say that it will be a lot of dirt, we need a dump truck, which he will bring with him in day of installation. We say "OK". Dean never tell me he will put all of the dirt on my beautiful lawn, and he never say "we not provide dump truck for above the ground pool installation". Dean say we will pay him after the installation of the pool. Dean say in 4 days he and his crew is available to install my new pool(this was beginning of August, 2015, prime time and in 4 days?) I was so happy, Dean say they will come at 7:30 in the morning, you can't believe it, but exactly at 7:28am all the cars and equipment was outside of my backyard. It was Dean, Nick(also co-owner of the company) and another like 7 people. Dean very careful remove all the dirt with bobcat(make sure not damage the lawn around) and each time loaded in the dump truck. It was like 5 loads of dump truck, with each load the dump truck went to dump station and come back empty. Very careful and professional Nick and rest of the crew put my new pool. Till 12pm they was done. They pick up even small debris, all garbage, living just beautiful, new pool. Because I never had a pool before, Nick spend with me hour explaining to me what to do if it's a lot of water in a pool, how to waste, how to clean filter, until I got it, Nick was very patient and not in a hurry. They bring all necessary chemicals to start up my pool and tell me to start fill up the pool with water, leaving some equipment to make sure the lining in the bottom will be perfectly flat. Next day one of the men(from their crew) come back to put all chemicals in water, he check again everything for leak, and one more time explain everything. The next several days I called Nick(he always pick up the phone), because I had some question and Nick without any "no" send someone to check, also show me how to use automatic vacuum. This company is the best, they stand up not only for the pool, they stand up for their reputation. I never heard "NO" from Dean or Nick, always "SURE", this is I called SERVICE. If they send someone to check, they not sending him in a couple of weeks, because they busy, they send him in the same day, latest next day. They stand up for their job and for their customers. Very unusually in this years. If you need any kind of pool only Caribbean Pool, they truly makes your dream comes true, only them. Thank you so much from Irina and Gene.

Just wanted to thank all the guys at Caribbean Pools for their excellent service through the years. Dean installed my pool, contrete patio and a much needed retaining wall 8 years ago. The pool and concrete still look brand new. After seeing my backyard, 2 of my friends went to Caribbean Pools for their pools. I get all of my supplies from their retail store and even get a 10% customer loyality discount!! Don't waste your time calling anyone else. Everyone I know who has dealt with Dean the owner or anyone at Caribbean Pools has been 100% satisfied and would recommed them.

I would highly recommend Caribbean Pools. I recently moved to Clifton Park from down south. The inground pool at our new house was in need of some much TLC. My neighbors highly recommeded Caribbean Pools, I think they did about 7 of my surrounding neighbors pool or concrete paitos. I called for an estimate and the owner, Dean Attanasio came the next day to assess our "situation".. He was very personable and friendly and very professional. He explained in detail what we needed to get our pool up and running again. I felt he was being very honest with us and his price was fair and competitive. He came a week later and changed our liner, did some necessary concrete work and installed a new safety cover. The pool and patio look amazing and his craftsmanship was great. It was done in one day!! Although the pool is closed for the season now, I can't wait to open it up next year and go swimming!! Oh, just for going with Caribbean pool, Dean included a free opening next year! That was very nice.

My wife and I are completely satisfied with our new in ground pool and concrete patio thanks to Caribbean Pools and its owner Dean. When we initially called to inquire about their pools and service the young man working there was very informative and courteous. He advised us that the owner Dean would contact us personally to set up an appt. Dean was able to come to our home the very next day for a consolation. He was very professional and explained all of our options and sat with us for two hours and together we designed our dream backyard. Not only were they able to start our job within a reasonable amount of time but his staff would even take care of getting our pool permit! Dean also informed us that he would be on the job from start to finish. Dean informed us that the pool itself came with a lifetime warranty and most of the liners had extended warranties also. They recommended an electrician and fence company as well which was very helpful! The entire crew was professional and clean and courteous. I didn't realize Caribbean pools has been a family owned business for over 24 years, that's important to us. We feel that a local business with strong ties to the community is worth our business! I would highly recommend Caribbean Pools to anyone interested in a pool and or concrete work.
