I was visiting my daughter at Southgate Apartments. The tow truck came and was going to tow my car. My daughter caught them out the window. I ran out to the car and he continued to back up and was insisting on Towing my car. He was the nastiest rudest piece of crap ever! I'm trying to hurry up and get my key in my door and I kept telling him you're not tow my car. He continue to roll the piece under my car until my daughter said something to him. This was between 6:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Friday the 18th of May, 2018. I was out there, he was not hooked up to my car, he was still backing up and still continued and insisted he was going to tow my car. BTW, only one entrance to that parking lot has a sign that says only residents parking. And of course the entrance that I use does not have that sign.
