A guy named Frank helped me out the first time I was there. He was great to talk to, and he was even going to start carrying a new vape juice based on my recommendation. My next 2 experiences were terrible, another employee was working and it was obvious that he just wanted to sell me something and get me out of the store. It was so bad that I'm going back to my old shop to pay more for that same juice.

This store used to be a nice place when they initially opened it. Now it characterizes with ridiculously raised prices, terrible customer service and no regular hours. I bought a new tank for my vape from them after they ensured me it will be compatible with my vape. After trying it and finding out that it doesn't work (after I already swiped my card for it) the representative told me, that in fact, they might not have been compatible, but however, they have strict no return policy. I can't believe that this is happening in the US, this store should be closed asap- the sooner the better for all these trusty customers out there.
