The company has acquired exploration permits for more than 11,500 acres that consists of over 300 patented mineral claims in the Tombstone Mining District in Arizona. Its properties include the State of Maine, Bonanza-Solstice, Merrimac, Black Horse, Santa Ana, Mamie, Groundhog and Randolph prospects.
