Now that Jeff is gone the heart and soul of Amazon is gone. The people that have placed themselves in charge, the executive customer relation clowns are well on their way to running Amazon into the ground. Jeff Bezo could try hard but he'd never be able to spend all his money, BUT the ecr crew is doing everything they can to throw all his money away. They treat customer's like trash, cancel accounts when they find they've screwed up and owe them money, then block accounts so the customer can't control what's going on and they spend money on things they don't want and lose out on things they need.
Amazon showed the world how one man's dreams and hard work could reward him beyond his wildest dreams, but a few Wendys/McDonalds drop outs can destroy it all because they wanted to control it all.
