After reading other reviews online I was very specific in that I wanted new not reconditioned parts and that I wanted the old part. The mechanic Randy stated he only used new parts as the reconditioned ones were horrible. Hours later I get a call that my car is ready and it was cheaper than quoted. I asked why to be informed he couldn't get the part ordered so he used a reconditioned part. No call to ask if that would do just a statement telling me it was done. I go in to get the car and he's not there, the part isn't there and there is no description or itemization of the part used. He also stated that the single screw holding the unit in place had sheared off...Very odd considering it has 3 bolts holding the unit down. Needless to say, after being over charged for a part the mechanic said never to use and inability to provide any details on the bill or the part purchased. I will not be going back
