These guys were great. They were very willing to answer any questions we had. The car we originally went in to look at was not there at the time. They showed us other vehicles that were similar and allowed us to test several of them. We went back in the next day to test the one we originally went in to see. After discussing different options and final questions we decided to purchase the car. We also purchased an extended warranty just in case something happens as we knew that we were ultimately purchasing a used car. I recently purchased a 2008 BMW X5 from Elliott Bay Auto Brokers and it was one of the best car buying experiences I have ver had. The sales staff was very friendly and knowledgable about the vehicles I was inquiring about. They have a great inventory of very high quality vehicles to choose from. I was able to extensively test drive the vehicle I ultimately bought in order to get comfortable with it. The car was priced right so there really wasn't much negotiating that needed to be done.

We were given a couple of days to test drive the car as well as having our mechanic check it out. The car was mechanically in excellent conditon and all the flaws (inside and out) have been repaired to our satisfaction. People are surprised to find out the car is not brand new and is actually four years old. We would not hesitate to recommend Elliott Bay Auto Brokers to our family, friends, and business associates. In fact, people are always asking me where I purchased my beautiful Lexus and am proud to say I bought it from Elliott Bay Auto Brokers!

My girlfriend bought her BMW in Sept. and we have had nothing but problems.Its a 2007 and they told us that it was in perfect condition.We had to spend $980 on struts in October and they would help us with anything,they just said that my girlfriend didnt know how to drive and must have ruined the struts.O.K. Then in November the stereo speakers went out in the back.The BMW dealer said it was from water coming in the rear window caused from a "prior repair" so I called Elliott Bay and they said they couldnt do anything and my girlfriend must have forgotten to roll up the window.I called back 2 times and whoever answered hung up on me.I have never written about a dealer but now my girlfriend is having more problems and Im so disgusted at the lack of help since day 1,I will never step foot in this place again.

Love the car but have found little issues with service. Found out that the wrong rims were put on car. The owner said someone would take care of it, finally I had to call back and the guy he basically was making one excuse after another. Told me to buy rims on craigs list. I could of done that on my own. If you buy a car from them have the BMW dealership look at it to make sure everything is what it should be. Jeff the service advisor is one of the nicest people I have ever delt with.

Having spent a few short days trying to find a replacement for my cherished (nay, loved) FX45, I'd experienced a wide spectrum of treatment: from being made to feel like the most important person for precisely however long it took for them to determine I wasn't going to buy what I didn't want to debating with my Wife if perhaps we looked too poor to deserve their attention; an experience that eventually resulted in being thrown into a car and told to "take it for a spin" by myself. All in all -- not unexpected I 'spose. Disheartened but not defeated, I continued down my shortlist and drove to Elliot Bay Auto Brokers. First impressions are huge and the showroom alone made me grin; heck, nobody actually jumped us! We browsed for a few minutes and finally beckoned to who turned out to be Jim, who happily strolled over and asked if he could help. Less than 90 minutes later, I'd test driven multiple cars, chosen a new one, traded in my FX and arranged great credit. Awesome place!
