He offered options and figured prices of options while here, so I could determine what I could afford. No hard sell, just examples of longer lasting products and options for my situation. I would call him again in a heartbeat.

Be sure you get a competitive bid before hiring this outfit. I had them do the work without one (I am/was ignorant of plumbing costs) and found out after the fact that the $3,000 should have been more like $1,200. Part of their justification is they screen their workers, would expect nothing less and wouldn't expect to have to pay for that.
