If there is something motivating about this moving company is that they never forget their responsibilities and always keep an excellent attitude! Is there anything else I could ask for? Nice guy rocks!!!

Our move wasn’t really the easiest move because we just had been living there for 10 years, and you tend to stockpile a lot of stuff when you have been at the same place for too long. We had booked one week in anticipation and got a great deal of help from our sales rep for the necessary preparation of our move. The movers were awesome, really strong guys, very careful with my items and fast to lift and load the truck.

It is very hard to get what you pay for in almost any service business nowadays. At first the price that Nice Guy movers presented seemed a little steep, but I was convinced that the price was binding and covered the necessary supplies for an efficient move. And fortunately that was exactly what happened. Thanks a lot you guys for a competent service.

This company was recommended to us by a close friend who had had his move done by them and got to know the crew´s leader Dan, and assured us that these guys were going to be efficient and would keep the final price bounded to the initial quote. So we contacted them, our moving crew was really nice, they put a great effort to do a seamless move for us. Thank you guys from the bottom of our hearts.

My move was efficiently done and for a reasonable price, the guys honored my original quote, there was no hassle at all, I had no misunderstandings with the guys, they were prompt to explain all the details concerning my bill. The movers really hustled, and didn’t complaint, didn’t slack, so thanks a lot.

Awesome moving experience, the movers were much nicer than I expected, I had had so many bad experiences in the past and had so many bad references of this company- I don’t know why really- that I was expecting some wise guys that I would have to twist their arm to make them to work efficiently. Nothing like that happen. Polite and hardworking guys, no hassle whatsoever, and no attempts to slide any funny expenses or dishonest fees.

I had the strongest movers helping me; they had no problems with the biggest items of my apartment. Congrats you are very good doing what you do..... Moving people

My mom and I hired this moving company and it was a great experience because the staff was punctual and pretty organized! We just had to guide them and they just did their job. I personally think that I will hire them when I decided to move independently!

Avoid these guys. It may just be one dishonest and pushy sales manager and not the way they all do business, but I have been given a terrible time because I dared to cancel a move appointment. I scheduled early in the day and put down a $100 deposit to hold the spot. Later, after I had talked with friends and family I figured I had adequate help without hiring movers, so I called to cancel. The Sales Manager was hard sale all the way, and tried to tell me that my deposit was not refundable, despite having read to him the agreement they'd emailed to me stating I could cancel anytime between now and 7 business days prior to the move date. His attitude was that they had turned away business because I had committed to a set time and date, because that's a "hot period". If it's so hot, and they had to turn away so many customers because of my appointment, why's he worried that he won't have multiple opportunities to fill that spot between now and my move date. It took some doing (yelling), but I got him to agree to refund my deposit, but it will take 5-7 business days. Funny how they could process the debit while I was on the phone with them this morning. With a snap of the fingers the money was scooped out of my checking account, but processing a refund takes an act of congress. Whatever... Shady games played. Oh, and dialing their 888 number sometimes doesn't connect you with anyone willing to help you. The first time I called a guy answered "Yeah?" When I asked if I'd reached Nice Guy Movers he said "City and State", then he transferred me to Neighbors Movers, apparently affiliated. I got nowhere, so I hung up and tried again. Finally reached a switchboard operator on my fifth call after a series of disconnects. Seems some have had good experiences with them, but I would not recommend them. They are NOT BBB accredited. I think I know why.

I think that anybody who has tried this company will know that when I say is one of the best in America I am not talking complete rubbish, really professional movers that know the value of objects and care for their clients, plus a reliable corporate office that does more than it’s supposed to in order to make sure your staff arrives safely to location.

My family and I were lucky to have this moving company with us! We did not know with those huge amount of things but those guys easily take and organize by themselves.. We just guided them and asked them to be careful with some things! It was awesome!

We were really impressed by the quality of service that we received from Nice Guy Movers, they are definitely one of the most competitive moving companies out there. They charged 80 bucks for a three men crew!!, our crew was punctual and worked really hard, they came in lower than the four ours stipulated by the crew’s leader. On top of that everything arrived safely and earlier than expected.
