I was having dreadful monsterous slow old old dial up speeds with my VILE QWEST DSL ISP ! The chaps at SEATTLE LAPTOP got me up and running with CLEAR WIRE. It was slightly tricky but they walked me through the set up process. CLEAR WIRE is blazingly fast works with my VONAGE Voice over internet service and is a far better value than awful QWEST a true impossible QWES, SEATTLE LAP TOP also sold me a liller HP lap top and even burned me a copy of FIREFOX I can not express strongly enough their patience good nature and PROFESSIONALISM

So, wine spilled on my laptop keyboard and it just wasn't right.... Anyway, 24 hours later it was fixed. They were nice. Honest. Fast. Reasonably priced. What more could you want?

I am a highly tech savvy person. I can spot a fake a mile away. I fix everything except hardware i.e. screens, hinges etc. These guys are extremely knowledgeable, unassuming and kind. I have heard of at least a half dozen stories of these guys helping people for no charge if it was a simple fix. I needed a very old school DIN plug keyboard adapter to work on a obsoleted digital sound board. They didn't have the adapter but they did me one better. They gave me an old Keyboard out of their recycle bin that had the correct connector on it. No charge. I really like to support local business and from all that I can see they are well deserving of your and my business.

These folks are knowledgeable, honest and direct. If it's something they can fix, they will do it quickly and reasonably. If it's not fixable, they will know that, too, and they'll be straight with you. They don't overwhelm you with computer-speak, either. Simply put, they're great!
