This place was the worst. I called on a Wednesday and SCHEDULED an appt. at which time I indicated what I wanted to test drive and why and that my wife would be with me and it needed to be efficient. I arrived and the person I spoke with was "too busy" to help me and passed me off to an associate. I had to re-explain why we were there. Over 20 minutes later we were in the car but the associate was no where to be found - helping someone else. The car (Q7) was great but I left there and went to another dealership. There is another one less than 10 miles from this place and worth the drive to avoid this place.
