THE URBAN FAMILY CENTER is a team of community developers based in apartment complexes in South Seattle. We serve youth and families by being in relationship, making them aware of resources and helping them overcome obstacles to getting the things they vitally need. We do this by: • Children’s After School/Summer Programming • Mentoring/Life Coaching: Youth and Young Adults • Crisis Mediation and intervention • Event planning • Youth programming and services • Referrals/Resources
