They came to the house, said they couldn't do anything and charged us $49 which he said would be taken off tomorrow's bill. When we called the shop, he said it was so that we wouldn't call our regular plumber the next day. The service man said "F- this, I don't need this s-" and left. I believe they had no intention of fixing anything when they came out and just wanted to lock our business for the next day. I wish I could rate less than 1 star and I wish I had a "regular plumber" that I could call tomorrow. If I worked like this, I would have been fired long ago.

I called these guys in the morning and by early afternoon my new water heater was installed. Fast friendly service with competitive prices and they didn't charge extra for being a holiday weekend. Highly recommended.
