Red taxi driver drove by and nearly hit a couple who was crossing the street. My husband and I and a few other bystanders just stared in shock as the taxi driver mowed through them like they were nothing but insects. Then the driver started throwing tokens at people on the street, hitting them hard. This happened a day or two ago while we were visiting Seward. Please, something is very wrong with this service. Do not use them!
