I was very pleased with the care and comfort I received. I was given an explaination and understanding of the tests that were being administered and felt very comfortable. They were very professional and a genuine concern for the patient? They were committed to finding answers to the complaint and gave sufficient amount of time with their test and explaination.

I saw Dr Steele for some specific issues and I needed to be certain I was not having a hearing loss or that my condition was not affecting my hearing in any negative way. Dr. Steele was kind and thorough and I got the answers I needed.

Associated Audiologists Loved it Dr Susan Smittkamp was very helpful and talked me through issues and next steps for help. Refreshing considering the doctors I've seen for FQ toxicity are still in denial that fluoroquinolone antibiotics could cause such problems like tinnitus and hyperacusis, in fact I've had a couple of doctors simply tell me there was no way the antibiotic would cause these symptoms and ignored my concerns. Of course thanks to more media and research they have been proven wrong. Dr Smittkamp was genuinely concerned with my health and well being, listened and I would highly recommend.

I always have a good experience at Associated Audiologists. It is not like some offices where you wait forever to be seen, then again in another office. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, and I would recommend them to anyone I know in need of hearing tests and devices.

As someone in the workforce who meets one-on-one with employees and gives group presentations in large meeting rooms, my hearing needs to be the best it can be. Dr. Stacey Baldwin does an outstanding job of understanding my needs, my lifestyle, and my challenges with my hearing loss. My mother is a patient of Dr. Steele's and we are very pleased! Everyone is so polite and dedicated to serving the patient. Dr. Steele is such a knowledgeable professional and his care for his patients is obvious. Their testing and diagnostic capabilities are very helpful as my mother's hearing changes.
