A/C went out the first hot weekend in June. Was calling around like crazy trying to find someone who could come out, as my wife is pregnant and I have two small kids. All the other places I called were unable to come out, but were super nice, and even offered other places to call or would offer to schedule at the soon as they could. Called Neumann at the recommendation of another company, and was very rudely told "we are NOT accepting new clients, we are busy enough as it is." No other help was offered and I was made to feel like I was a problem for calling. If you don't have an account with Neumann already then don't waste your time. I have since been told by other people that they have had similar experiences.

Great fast service, Price was average but speed and customer service was A+. Even the younger tech was very professional.

Hired Neumann to replumb our home in Sheboygan. We were often not present (live out of state) so they ran with it. Removed more pipe then they had to, like perfectly good soil pipe, replaced with plastic. Took all our copper pipes and replaced with plastic. Disconnected a perfectly fine hot water tank and we had to pay to reconnect! Called many times to get money back for the copper they took. Never did get an adjustment. They were so messy that even our head carpenter had to get after them. I would never use them....shockingly expensive as well. Very dishonest....often got bills adjusted when they were questioned.
