Since 2004 all 5 of use Dr Syed ..he is great so are his staff..Margaret is awesome...he is caring, and thorough, there are some times, your lobby wait is long, but, he never turns you away...so you gotta be patient

Lemici is correct! There are some excellent doctors in this group (Ridgeway, Syed, Karr) but getting to them past the uncaring staff & cavalier staff is almost not worth it. I had a stress test done there, and was so put off with the woman who administered the first part of it, I almost left. Daphne, who does the treadmill part, is caring and concerned.

Me and my family of four have been a patient for 12 years of dr. Sides when he moved into this clinic it was utter chaos so very nice is the clinic there are long wait times a lot of the time and most of the office staff is not the friendliest however it is worth waiting doctor said staff upfront margaret is the nicest lady you'll ever deal with and doctor said himself a second to none there's going to be a long wait with the way this is set up but at least you'll be getting top quality medical care I know for a fact through dr Syed

Find another doctor that is not in this practice. Too many doctors, office staff is RUDE and very unorganized. I have been a patient of Dr. Bowling's for over 15 years and absolutely LOVE him. He is the most caring doctor I have seen and it breaks my heart that I am now on the hunt for a new local doctor simply because of him merging with SPC. I have left that building the last two times in TEARS due to the rudeness of the nurses and staff and the last time I left before even seeing Bowling. I called to schedule certain tests my oncologist in Nashville requested (to save a 2 hr drive) and the nurse told me they could do the mentioned tests. I get there, and after waiting almost an hour, the tech getting ready to draw my blood informs me they do NOT do one of the tests I needed- which I explained to the nurse upon making my appointment. They acted like I tried to sneak the test in on them. Time before that, I got shuffled around to 3 different waiting rooms and was there almost 4 hours before seeing the doctor. It is RIDICULOUS there. And I hate Dr. Bowling has lost patients (other than myself) due to his merging with this group. BAD MOVE. :(
